All orders ship within 48 hours of payment being received unless stated otherwise. Items are shipped via USPS, first class mail (up to 13 oz.) or Priority Mail (over 13 oz.). We are not responsible for purchases once in the possession of postal carriers. You have the option to upgrade your shipping to include delivery insurance through the USPS for your packages.

Please be aware that your items will be shipped to the address you have listed with ETSY (and NOT the address on file with PayPal in the event they are different).

Items in their original condition may be returned for a refund. Refund requests must be made by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and that items must be returned in their original condition. If items are returned in used condition, no refund will be issued. Refunds will only be issued once returned items are received.

CUSTOM ORDERS WITH PERSONALIZATION
Please note that no refunds will be offered on custom orders involving personalization.

Items offered at clearance and irregular prices are not eligible for return. No refunds will be provided for these discounted items as noted in the item descriptions.
